Job summary

Hire Resolve partners with a multinational manufacturer to secure a ServiceNow Lead/Architect responsible for the CMDB on the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CMDB data across the enterprise.

The candidate will oversee Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations such as SCCM, Intune, and SolarWinds, while championing ITAM and data quality. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and infra architecture in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and cross-platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Discovery, Service Mapping, reconciliation, and integrations to ensure precise CI population.
• Maintain CMDB health by monitoring data quality and managing data certification to fix gaps.
• Champion hardware and software lifecycle management (ITAM).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of asset technicians.
• Partner with ITSM, ITOM, and engineering to align CMDB data with IT processes.
