Job summary

Motus Corporation seeks an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to plan, manage and monitor service workshop activities in KwaZulu-Natal. You will contribute to strategic targets, define SOPs, and drive end-to-end processes while managing risk and ensuring timely repairs.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar environment with 1–3 years in supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to coach teams toward optimal performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar environment, including 1–3 years in supervisory roles.
• 0–1 year experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the strategy and set targets.
• Define standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement and manage end-to-end processes.
• Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Prioritise, allocate, and quality control workshop processes to ensure repairs are done correctly and on time.
• Monitor progress against operational plans and adjust as required.
• Monitor results and backlogs and adjust to service delivery needs.
• Plan and monitor governance compliance to manage risks and liabilities.
• Resolve problems using discretion and guidelines.
