Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification or relevant experience is required.
• Valid drivers’ license is required.
• Ability to maintain good customer relationships.

• Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and meet set standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare part, service and repair quotations for customers.
• Ensure CRS Sales targets for Service Operations and Part Sales are met.
• Drive customer satisfaction by facilitating fast and efficient service.
• Grow CRS Business by increasing customer share and visits.
• Prepare monthly activity and quotations vs orders reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market changes.
• Involve in tenders, quotations and proposals.
• Assist with collection of outstanding monies.
