Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for a live-in role at a remote lodge. You will lead from the front, ensuring excellence in all food and beverage service across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, superb guest interaction, and the ability to manage stock, costs, and service flow in a small, tight-knit team.

This is an operational, guest-facing role for a driven F&B professional who leads from the front and thrives in a close-knit, remote lodge environment. The successful candidate will bring a strong work ethic, excellent service standards, and the ability to manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation with confidence and consistency.

• Maintain high standards of guest service throughout all meal periods
• Handle guest queries and requests relating to dining and beverage service professionally and efficiently
• Ensure smooth day-to-day F&B operational flow across all service periods
