Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality in Limpopo seeks a proactive Lodge Manager to join a new luxury lodge from the ground up. You will shape service standards, systems and team culture ahead of opening, thriving in a lean, multifunctional environment and bridging floor and back‑of‑house needs.

Core duties include overseeing daily operations, supervising housekeeping and F&B, planning rosters, developing and implementing SOPs, supporting recruitment and training, monitoring guest feedback, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience in management/supervisory role in luxury lodge/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and F&B operations.
• Ability to plan rosters and coordinate a small team.
• Experience developing or implementing SOPs and onboarding staff.
• Excellent organisation and guest-facing skills.
• Comfortable in pre-opening/start-up lodge environment.
• Ownership mindset with a flexible, all-rounder approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and support housekeeping and food & beverage teams.
• Plan and coordinate daily operational schedules and staff rosters.
• Assist with the development and rollout of SOPs across departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Monitor service standards and guest feedback, escalating where necessary.
• Contribute to pre-opening planning, soft launch and grand opening preparations.
• Step in across departments as needed in a lean, hands-on team structure.
• Report directly to senior lodge leadership.
