Wild Dreams Hospitality in Mpumalanga seeks a practical, all‑round Lodge Manager to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and F&B while coordinating reservations and guest experiences. The role requires hands-on leadership to run a small operation independently and mentor junior team members.

The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, staff across departments, and oversee administrative duties to ensure high guest standards. A live-in position with meals included is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in lodge management or similar hospitality role.
• Strong hands-on maintenance and problem-solving ability.

Core Criteria

• Previous experience in a similar lodge management role
• Strong maintenance knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting ability
• Solid experience in housekeeping oversight
• Good working knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Familiarity with reservations systems, agents, and OTA platforms such as Booking.com
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Reliable, independent, and comfortable running a small operation
• Willingness to upskill and mentor junior team members
