Job summary

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ISP operations and email hosting solutions is beneficial.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Windows and macOS.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a Service Desk Agent.
  • Manage customer accounts and backend billing operations.
  • Provide first line helpdesk support for various inquiries.
  • Log fault tickets with ISPs and manage escalations.
  • Maintain documentation related to ISP management and domain registrations.
