Job summary

Cash Crusaders in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Service Centre Supervisor to own day-to-day operations at our Muizenberg service centre. You will lead a team of Repair Technicians, monitor performance against metrics, and ensure repairs move efficiently through the centre in line with SOPs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, on-floor involvement, and tough conversations when standards slip, with focus on workflow, warranty processes, and stock control to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising or managing a repair, service centre, or workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Service Centre staff, including Repair Technicians.
• Provide hands-on management across staff performance.
• Counsel underperforming staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure staff comply with all Service Centre SOPs.
• Maximise quotation revenue and hit incentive targets.
• Ensure quotations are converted to accepted and repaired within 10 days.
• Maintain warranty repair turnaround under 2.5 days (allow 5 days 16 Dec–15 Feb).
• Ensure in-warranty and shop stock repairs do not exceed 10 days.
• Keep the repair store balance below R10,000 on average.
• Keep the seconds store balance below R10,000 on average.
• Ensure all stock is booked in within 24 hours of arrival.
• Ensure spares are labelled and stored correctly.
