Auto Pedigree in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Manager: Service to lead its reconditioning center, driving efficiency and delivering high-quality repairs to OEM standards within set time frames and budget.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar environment with 1–3 years in supervision, Grade 12, Code 8 license, and strong MS Office/Excel skills to support performance targets and growth.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is the minimum qualification.
• Code 8 driver’s license is required.
• Thorough understanding of Dealership Aftersales functions.
• MS Office with intermediate level.
• Excel skills as minimum.
• SHE REP certification and understanding of Safety Health and Environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of quality workmanship.
• Manage outwork suppliers and control expenses in line with budget objectives.
• Maintain workshop productivity records and monitor labour efficiency.
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits of WIP and sublet reports.
• Ensure training requirements are met for staff development.
• Coordinate stock allocations and movement in the de-fleet process.
• Manage sublet work and service level agreements.
• Foster an engaging, productive work climate and lead workforce planning.
