Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and solid administrative and organisational ability.

• Experience in automotive or service-centre environments is advantageous.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work toward targets.
• Experience in bookings, invoicing and client liaison is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, job cards and customer communication from arrival to invoicing.
• Bridge customers and technicians by translating findings clearly.
• Support fleet, corporate and dealership account administration.
• Contribute to monthly turnover and performance targets.
• Maintain paperwork and service records.
