Qualifications

• National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business Management/Engineering/Commerce/Finance at NQF6 with 240 Credits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conventional measurement and meter reading tasks.
• Handle generic service activities.
• Direct daily customer service activity operations.
• Build relationships between Eskom and customers.
• Conduct credit revenue and credit management processes.
