Record vehicle faults and customer requests precisely.
Explain repair recommendations, costs, and obtain approval before work commences.
Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Open and process job cards, schedule appointments, and prioritize urgent repairs.
Coordinate with workshop controllers and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Review technician reports and effectively communicate findings to clients.
Advise on preventive maintenance based on vehicle mileage or usage.
Liaise with the parts department to ensure timely parts procurement.
Prepare quotations, estimates, and process invoices.
Maintain detailed service histories and customer records.
Assist in warranty claim processes and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
Build strong relationships with fleet managers and transport companies.
Coordinate scheduled maintenance and review service contracts.
Promote safety standards and dealership procedures.

2 to 3 years experience in an automotive service environment
Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in relevant software and dealership systems
Additional certifications or training in automotive technology
Experience with fleet management and maintenance scheduling
