Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years' warehousing experience.
• Valid South African driver’s licence with driving experience.
• Valid forklift/stacker licence.
• Experience using stock management systems, preferably Macola.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check and issue raw materials to the factory according to works orders.
• Receive finished goods from the factory and ensure correct storage and bin allocation.
• Prepare, pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and timeously.
• Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers, as well as returned goods from customers.
• Conduct daily stock counts, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process stock transactions and bin transfers using the warehouse stock management system.
• Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity and report deviations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and quality management.
