Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive warehouse management experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing large, complex warehouse operations and large teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and supply chain technologies.
• Strong budgeting, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of process improvements and safety management in warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations.
• Oversee daily activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns.
• Lead a large team with a focus on safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs while maintaining service levels.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies are followed.
• Identify and implement Lean or other efficiency improvements.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and suppliers as needed.
• Utilize WMS and ERP technologies to drive performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and staff development.
