Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in warehousing and distribution.
• Minimum 5 years in middle/senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations; enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory integrity with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Improve routes and ensure timely deliveries; manage budget.
• Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Train staff and monitor performance; ensure health & safety compliance.
• Foster inter-departmental collaboration and drive customer care initiatives.
