Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ proven vehicle sales experience.
• Strong and consistent vehicle sales track record.
• Experience in both new and used vehicle sales will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional presentation and confident personality.
• Target-driven, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles in line with dealership standards.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process.
• Assist with finance applications and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on enquiries.
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Work towards maximising sales and profitability for the dealership.
