Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field.
• PMP certification is essential.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large utility projects (water, energy, telecom).
• Proven track record in budget management, risk assessment, and contract negotiation within utilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; adept at stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage utility projects from initiation to completion, ensuring strategic alignment.
