Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Vereeniging, Gauteng to lead a portfolio of projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to senior management in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, with Agile and Waterfall familiarity, and a track record of delivering within the South African corporate sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency with related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and deliver timely and accurate progress reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet stringent quality standards and client expectations.
