Responsibilities

• Drive sales of tyres, wheels and automotive fitment products and services.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable advice on tyre products, specifications and applications.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining acceptable gross profit margins.
• Maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling of additional products and services.
• Identify opportunities to increase average customer spend and overall store revenue.
• Prepare quotations, process sales transactions and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain good product knowledge and stay informed of industry developments and competitor offerings.
• Assist with stock control, stock availability and general store administration.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store profitability.
• Support daily store operations and assist with supervising, mentoring and motivating team members.
