Placements24 in Mossel Bay is seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer specialising in Transportation and Road Infrastructure to lead the design, planning and project management of regional road networks and transport systems that support growth. The role requires Pr Eng registration and at least eight years’ experience, with proficiency in CAD and traffic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in transportation/road projects.
• Proficiency in CAD and traffic modelling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of road/transport projects.
• Conduct traffic studies and feasibility analyses.
• Develop detailed designs, specs, and drawings for pavements, intersections, drainage.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee construction activities and resolve site issues.
• Coordinate with authorities and contractors.
