Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in telecoms.
• Strong understanding of telecoms tech: IP networking, VoIP, wireless and cloud services.
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills to engage C-level.
• Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify customer needs and requirements for telecom solutions.
• Design and present customized technical solutions incl. network architectures, hardware, software.
• Conduct product demos, PoC deployments, and technical workshops for clients.
• Develop technical proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and present customized technical solutions, including network architectures, hardware, and software configurations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept deployments, and technical workshops for clients.
• Develop technical proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Provide post-sales technical support and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation teams.

Requirements
