You will monitor networks, diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and support on-call coverage to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications network operations.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, routing (OSPF, BGP), and Ethernet.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call duties.

• In-depth knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Ethernet.
• Experience with mobile network elements (e.g., base stations, core network) or fixed-line infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duties.
• Experience within the Gauteng area is beneficial.
