The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in a related field, 8+ years of experience, and deep knowledge of TCP/IP, SIP, MPLS, 5G, LTE, and VoIP. Certifications like TOGAF or CCIE are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical/Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive telecommunications systems engineering experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, SIP, MPLS, BGP, 5G, LTE, Fiber, VoIP, SDN/NFV; TOGAF / CCIE beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement complex telecom systems, including voice, data, and wireless networks.
• Develop specifications, blueprints, and documentation for systems.
• Perform system integration, testing, and validation for operation.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across network components and platforms.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
