The ideal candidate will have a Master’s/PhD in a related field, 7+ years of experience in telecom engineering, and strong leadership and analytical skills to guide projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications engineering.
• Expertise in mobile network technologies (4G/5G), optical networks, or IP networking.
• Experience in network design, simulation, and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of advanced telecommunications networks, including mobile, fixed-line, and data transmission systems.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, ensuring network performance and reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance network capabilities.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of new network equipment and software.
• Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization initiatives.
