Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in telecommunications engineering and support.
• In-depth knowledge of IP networking protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience with voice communication platforms (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications, Asterisk) and mobile technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities for stakeholders in Polokwane.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage complex telecommunications systems, including VoIP, PBX, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for challenging network and communication issues.
