The ideal candidate has a strong telecom background, deep analytical skills, and proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in telecommunications systems analysis, design, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, and mobile technologies.
• Proven experience with telecommunications system implementation and integration projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in system documentation and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate into detailed technical requirements for telecommunications systems.
• Design and architect scalable telecom solutions including voice, data, and UC platforms.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors and recommend system upgrades.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, specifications, flows, and user manuals.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new telecom systems with minimal service disruption.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for reliability.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network ops, and app dev teams.
