Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications systems analysis, design, and architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunications protocols, standards, and technologies, including IP networking, mobile technologies (4G/5G), optical networks, and voice/data services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing telecommunications systems, identifying performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop comprehensive technical strategies and roadmaps for the enhancement and expansion of core network and service platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage.
• Design and document high-level system architectures and integration plans for new telecommunications services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to define requirements and ensure successful implementation of system upgrades and new deployments.
• Provide expert technical consultation and mentorship to analysts and engineers across the organization.
