Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager specializing in technology implementation to lead complex programs in Centurion. You will drive cross-functional teams through initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven track record delivering software development and IT infrastructure projects using Agile and Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Over 9 years of project management experience with a focus on technology implementation.
• Proven experience managing large-scale software development and IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects (software deployment, system upgrades, infrastructure rollouts).
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient asset utilization.
• Oversee project teams with guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
