Job summary

MECS Africa seeks a Technical Staff Training and Management professional to plan and coordinate technical learning for staff both overseas and locally. You will work with internal teams and external experts to develop training content and ensure programs align with identified skill gaps.

You will oversee trainee development from onboarding to skilled roles, monitor performance, coordinate scholarships, and manage logistics with institutes and HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organization of technical learning and development programs.
• Oversee development programs for newly recruited technical trainees.
• Monitor and report trainee performance and attendance.
• Schedule training sessions and manage tests and scholarships.
• Liaise with training institutes and coordinators to design training programs.
