Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual technical training plan for the South African region.
• Coordinate and deliver scheduled and ad hoc technical training programmes.
• Liaise with internal technical departments and dealer networks to coordinate training requirements.
• Design and customise training programmes to meet the needs of different learner groups.
• Deliver product knowledge and maintenance training to service teams.
• Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions both on-site and at training facilities.
• Develop and maintain technical training manuals and learning materials.
• Ensure training content aligns with new products and updates.
• Manage training schedules and attendance records.
• Utilise training management systems to monitor training activities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support during product launches.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
