Zohorecruit is seeking a Technical Training Officer in Roodepoort to design and deliver technical training for mining professionals. You will run engaging classroom and on-the-job sessions, assess performance, and provide coaching.

Join a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and strict safety compliance. A relevant degree and 2–4 years training experience in mining, plus strong Excel and Mix Telematics skills, are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering, Geology, HR, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of professional training experience (preferably in mining).
• Strong technical skills including Mix Telematics and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
• Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach and mentor staff to enhance development.
• Identify training needs and build effective programs.
• Maintain and update training materials and Learning Management System.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
