Job summary

You will provide senior technical guidance on learning theory, design, differentiation and learner engagement, while collaborating with partners to ensure resources are usable and impactful in real classrooms. Travel within Africa is required.

Qualifications

• Master's in Education or closely related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification with classroom practice.
• 10+ years in primary education or related leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead pedagogical standards across content, teacher development and digital learning.
• Translate curricula into practical, age-appropriate resources.
• Design and deliver teacher training workshops and mentoring.
• Define competencies, training pathways and evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with partners and manage cross-country pedagogy.
• Monitor evidence to improve resources and programme delivery.
