International-Facilities-Services-Limited seeks a senior training leader to direct the Group's Africa-wide training strategy, planning and governance. You will oversee delivery of mandatory, skills-based and outsourced programs across about 50 sites, certifying 7,000 employees and ensuring compliance with local laws.

You will also manage internships/learnerships, coordinate with country HR, and lead a team of training coordinators while driving continuous improvement and reporting.

Formación

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development or a related field.
• Registered assessor and moderator accreditation (advantageous).
• 8 years of experience in training and skills development, with at least 3 years in a management role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Group training strategy, planning and governance across Africa.
• Develop measurable country and site training plans aligned to business needs.
• Maintain training, assessment and certification policies and guidelines.
• Prepare and manage the Group training budget and monitor spend across sites.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and delivery of all mandatory, skills-based and outsourced training.
• Lead internship and learnership programmes, ensuring compliance with legislation.
