Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Offshore) to support a growing U.S.-based organization in high-volume manufacturing and technical recruiting. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding for roughly 40 active openings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, experience with manufacturing/engineering hiring, and strong English communication. This is a full-time, remote offshore role with EST scheduling expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial, or technical hiring.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens and evaluating qualifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Experience using ATS and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Review resumes and determine if candidates meet required experience and skill requirements.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple openings.
• Manage interview calendars and coordinate scheduling logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and updates.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Support a recruiting team managing approximately 40 active openings.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.
