You will build robust talent pipelines, conduct technical interviews, and partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies. This role offers maximum flexibility and exposure to cutting-edge technology clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of technology roles, including niche and senior positions.
• Deep understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts.
• Excellent sourcing skills, with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical platforms.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities tailored for technical candidates.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure.
