- Minimum of 6 years in recruitment with a strong technology focus.
- Proven success in placing highly technical IT professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of the South Africa IT talent market, preferably Durban.
- Strong business acumen with client relationship management experience.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract and place software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and IT managers.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to technology clients.
- Manage key client accounts and drive business development.
- Mentor junior recruiters and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
