Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven project management experience, technology-driven projects preferred.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams in complex IT environments.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage planning, execution, and delivery of technology integration projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering high performance and effective delegation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues with actionable plans.
• Oversee procurement and management of vendors and partners.
• Ensure adherence to quality, security, and regulatory standards throughout lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear communication among teams, management, and clients/partners.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
