Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, HR or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in finance/accounting recruitment.

• Experience with ATS and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment process for finance & accounting roles (audit, tax, M&A, FP&A, corporate finance).

This role is integral to sourcing and placing qualified finance professionals, from junior accountants to senior financial managers and CFOs, for a diverse range of clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop strong relationships with financial leaders, and contribute to expanding the firm's presence in this specialized market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, exceptional sourcing and assessment skills, and a commitment to excellence in client and candidate service. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for finance and accounting roles, including audit, tax, management accounting, financial planning & analysis, and corporate finance.
• Proactively source high-caliber finance professionals using various recruitment tools and networks.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with finance executives and hiring managers across various organizations.
• Provide expert advice and market intelligence to clients regarding finance talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of finance and accounting professionals.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity logs within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements
