• 6+ years recruitment experience with deep Mining & Resources focus.
• Proven success in senior-level and technical roles within mining.
• Strong networking and candidate-pipeline development abilities.
• Remote-work experience and excellent client management skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles in Mining & Resources.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in mining companies.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and benchmarks.
• Manage candidate experience and timely communications.
• Stay updated on safety regulations and industry trends.
• Utilize ATS for candidate management and reporting.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
