You will build pipelines, advise clients on market trends, negotiate offers, and drive hiring outcomes with a remote-first approach to support diverse client bases in South Africa. Collaborate with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and stay compliant with SA employment laws.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and complex recruitment projects.
• Proficient with recruitment tools, databases and social media for sourcing.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with clients and candidates.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices in Durban.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned client requisitions from inception to offer.
• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
