Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies specifically for software engineering roles across various disciplines (backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, etc.).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Implement and optimize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier software engineering talent globally, leveraging diverse channels and platforms.
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define role profiles, and ensure a robust hiring process.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the technical recruitment function.
• Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top engineering talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Stay current with technology trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in technical recruiting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role focused on software engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technical recruiters.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of software engineering roles, including niche specializations.
• Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, technical job boards, coding platforms, and advanced sourcing tools.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, programming languages, and various tech stacks.
• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• This is a fully remote role; candidates must be self-directed and proficient in remote collaboration tools and environments.
