You will manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding complex technical requirements and developing sourcing strategies to conducting in-depth interviews and facilitating offer negotiations. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract senior software engineers, developers, and related technical professionals.
• Utilizing a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, technical communities) to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Screening resumes and conducting in-depth technical interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with software engineering candidates and maintaining an active talent pool.
• Managing the offer process, including salary negotiation and background checks.
• Staying current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and software development trends.
• Providing market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients regarding software engineering talent.
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients to achieve hiring goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in recruiting software engineering and technical roles.
• Proven track record of successfully filling demanding technical positions, including senior-level roles.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript), and tech stacks.
• Proficiency in using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
