Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in engineering recruitment, with a strong track record of placing senior-level engineers.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent for specialized engineering fields (e.g., aerospace, automotive, process, structural).
• Exceptional understanding of the global engineering job market and technical skill sets.
• Proven ability to manage complex, international recruitment projects remotely.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, effective in virtual settings.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to consult effectively with senior clients.
