Absa Bank’s CIB Index and Structured Solutions Distribution team seeks a senior sales specialist to originate and convert opportunities across IFA, broker, wealth-management and retail-distribution markets. You will manage priority relationships end to end, translating adviser needs into approved solutions and coordinating teams to deliver them.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, structured investments and investment product lifecycle.
• Consultative selling and senior relationship management skills.
