Absa Group is seeking a senior sales specialist in CIB to originate and convert opportunities across IFA, broker, wealth-management and retail-distribution markets. You will own priority relationships end to end, coordinating structuring, product, legal, risk and operations to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Finance or Investments with strong commercial orientation.
• Minimum 10 years in the investment industry, dealing with investors and systems.
• Investment banking product experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute a coverage plan for IFAs, brokers, wealth managers, LISPs/platforms and retail distributors.
• Originate, qualify and convert opportunities across structured notes and fund-linked solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions end-to-end.
• Maintain a measurable pipeline and accurate forecasts for management.
• Manage client relationships and ensure governance, risk and regulatory compliance.
