Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry leaders, regulators and policy makers and partners.
• Champion and manage the business bulk acquisition strategic plan in line with Absa Business unit strategy.
• Collect market intelligence through research and networking to stay abreast of market developments.
• Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and colleague development.
• Keep up to date with knowledge, legislation and developments within the banking industry that may impact the Business Advantage.
