Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• ECSA registration is mandatory.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with building design focus.
• Proficient in SAP2000/ETABS and SA codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural designs and calculations to code and standard compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers to achieve high performance.
• Conduct site inspections and structural assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, specs, and tender documents.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and contractors for project execution.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for structural scope.
