The candidate brings a Master's in Structural/Civil Engineering, Pr Eng registration, and 8+ years of experience with BIM and industry-standard software.

Formación

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) is essential
• 8+ years of extensive experience in the structural design of high-rise buildings and complex structures
• Advanced structural analysis software and BIM tools familiarity (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Revit Structure)
• Strong leadership, project management, and client liaison skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead the structural design and analysis of high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and other large-scale structures.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions using advanced engineering principles and software.
• Perform complex structural calculations and modeling for wind, seismic, and other load conditions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior structural engineers, fostering their technical development and project management skills.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of structural designs into the overall project.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in South Africa.
