The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Structural Engineering, 10+ years of experience in building structures, and PrEng registration, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of building-structures experience.
• PrEng registration is essential.
• Proficiency with SANS and SA building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of various building types from concept to completion.
• Conduct complex structural analyses and calculations using advanced software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants on-site.
• Review construction progress and address site challenges to ensure design intent.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop their technical and professional skills.
