Job summary

CodeConnect Staffing, on behalf of its client in the legal technology and software solutions sector, seeks an experienced Partnership Manager in Sandton. You will drive strategic partnerships, strengthen commercial relationships, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines a proven track record in developing and managing partnerships with strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to maximise commercial value.

Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in partnership management or related commercial roles.
Proven track record in developing and managing strategic business partnerships.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing contractual relationships.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
Experience with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnerships.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate contract implementation and renewals.
Develop business cases and commercial proposals for new partnership initiatives.
Monitor partnership performance against agreed revenue targets and KPIs.
